Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for the week of February 23, 2026 to March 1, 2026. Resident Evil Requiem was the highest selling new game release last week, debuting at 155,373 sales on PlayStation 5 and 38,793 sales on Switch 2 for an opening week total of 194,166 retail copies sold.
